Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

At Shaka Surf Bikes, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

• Free Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within two (2) business days of checkout without penalty.

• Cancellation Review: All cancellation requests are subject to approval.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply for orders that have already been processed.

• Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and are subject to our Returns Policy.

To request a cancellation, please submit a formal request through the following:

• Return Authorization Request Form 

• Provide the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Contact Information (Email and Phone)

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Cancellation

Note: Cancellation requests submitted after two (2) business days may not be approved. Our team will notify you via email within two (2) business days regarding the status of your request.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Shaka Surf Bike, but if you need to return a product, here are our guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

   • Returns are only accepted for products that have not been used, damaged, or altered.

2. Return Timeline:

   • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Restocking Fees:

   • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process:

   • Once the return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Initiate a Return:

   • Contact us via:

     • Return Authorization Request Form 

     • Provide the following information:

       • Order Number

       • Full Name

       • Contact Information

       • Reason for Return

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of cancellations or returns.

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Allow 7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
